First residents, first party, first memories. September was a big month for us. A very big one. It marked the moment when Codomo Living Granada officially came to life - and what a start it was.
In the first week of September, we welcomed our very first residents. Behind the scenes, our team had been working incredibly hard to get everything ready. Seeing residents arrive, move in, and start calling Codomo home made all that hard work more than worth it.
And of course, this milestone deserved to be celebrated.
An opening week full of excitement
The opening week was all about first impressions, first hellos, and the first moments of community coming together. Bit by bit, Codomo started to feel like home - filled with new faces, new routines, and lots of excitement for what was ahead.
At that moment, Codomo was no longer just a building. It was becoming a community.

A rooftop welcome party on September 26
A few weeks later, on September 26, it was time for our official welcome party - and we went all out.
We celebrated on the rooftop, with great food, refreshing drinks, a DJ setting the mood, and (of course!) the best people you could ask for. Add stunning views over Granada and the Sierra Nevada, and you have all the ingredients for an unforgettable night.
Music, laughter, sunset views, and amazing energy. If this night was anything to go by, life at Codomo is going to be something special.
Today, we’re proud to say that more than 300 residents already call Codomo home - and our community keeps growing every day.

Great people, great party
Codomo at MUAC Fest
September wasn’t just about what happened inside Codomo. We also took Codomo out into the city and joined MUAC Fest.
With a drink in hand, popcorn on the side, and music playing in the sunshine, we shared our story, met residents and future residents, and connected with the city of Granada in the most Codomo way possible - open, social, and relaxed.

Say "cheese"
This is only the beginning
From welcoming our first residents in the opening week, to celebrating together on the rooftop and meeting people across the city - September marked the start of something truly exciting.
We’re incredibly proud to see our community come to life. And trust us: this is only the beginning.
